New Check-In Process

With our new membership process, we want to be sure that our staff and elders steward and care for our members well. To do that, we need to know you better and know how you are doing. Checking in each week that you come to church certainly helps us do that, so we’ve made it even easier to check in. 

Starting this Sunday, there will be a QR code on the seat in front of you. 

1. Scan it to check in each week. 
2. If you aren’t familiar with scanning QR codes, just open your phone’s camera, point it at the QR, and you’ll get a link to click. 
3. That link will open up a text from your phone that will link directly to our member database. 
4. When you send the text, it will recognize your phone number to know who you are. 
5. Put a check mark for who is with you and click the green box to complete your check in.
6. Once you do it the first time, the checkboxes will be filled in based on the previous week’s attendance
7. One person can check in all members of the family too! If you’ve already checked in your family when you checked in your kids to class, you’ve done it! (Parents have been using this new method for quite a while already!) 

If you don’t want to use the QR, you can still use the CFC app or text WELCOME (or LIVESTREAM if watching online) to 812-867-6464. That will provide the same link to our member database and work as it says above. 

If you don’t have a smartphone or aren’t comfortable checking in online, please stop by The Center, and they can get you checked in and answer questions.

We do want to care for those who call CFC their church. If you are a member, and we don’t hear from you for a few weeks, we’ll check in with you!
