Staffing Changes This Year

Several months ago, we purposely overstaffed our Student Ministry so that we could make some staff changes in 2025. Now 2025 is upon us, and we are ready to make these changes official. 
 
Our Student Ministry is in a wonderful place, and we are seeing a lot of fruit thanks to our team and God working through them. Noah Peak, who has been serving on the Student Ministry Team, is now our Student Ministry Team Leader. Reid Schultheis, who previously held that role, is now filling a role that we haven’t had before at CFC. Reid’s new position will be Pastoral Associate, and he will work closely with Dale serving people within our body. Reid is professionally trained in counseling and has a heart and gift for serving in this way. 
 
While he won’t be “CFC’s Counselor,” he will help us as we have growing needs in this area. You can see a quote from Dale below as it pertains to him working closely with Reid:

CFC, we are so thankful to the Lord for how He has positioned our entire staff. 2024 was an incredible year, and we are beyond pleased with our team and look forward to seeing more fruit in 2025. The Lord has been good to us! We can't wait to start off the new year worshiping with you this Sunday.
