Welcoming Our New Members

Several months ago, we felt a strong leading to thoughtfully review how CFC approaches church membership. After countless hours of prayer, discussion, and careful consideration, we've gained a clearer picture of what it means to be a healthy and vibrant member of Christian Fellowship Church. We also see now how we can best shepherd each of you in our CFC family. We take that responsibility seriously, as Acts 20:28 reminds us that pastors and elders are called to oversee and shepherd God's Church, the very Church Christ purchased with His own blood.

With that heart for care and connection, we're thrilled to have recently launched our new, formal membership process! It's been incredibly encouraging to already see God's hand at work in the lives of our newest members. Many have jumped right in, serving throughout CFC and actively engaging in our small groups and Bible studies. They are truly embodying what it means to be a healthy church member.

We want to take a special moment to formally acknowledge and extend a warm welcome to those who have recently completed this membership process. We're so excited to celebrate what God is doing at CFC!

We can’t wait to worship with our new members and all of you this weekend, and we hope you are planning to join us at Burdette Park for our CFC Night at Burdette Sunday evening. Fifteen people will be baptized!
