Worship, Baptism, and Fun

Good morning, Church Family! It’s been 50 years in the making, we’ve been planning the celebration since last year, and now our CFC 50th Anniversary celebration is almost here! We’ll celebrate together on Sunday, August 4 at either 9:15 or 10:45AM.
 
A great way for us to kick off the anniversary celebration is our annual CFC Night at Burdette the week prior on Sunday, July 28. If you’ve been to it before, you know what a great night it is! We’ll start with snacks and fellowship at 6:30PM in the rooms above the pool entrance. Once the pool closes to the public at 7PM, we’ll head down to the pool deck for a time of worship and devotions. Then, we’ll celebrate with those being baptized at 7:30PM. After that, we have the pool to ourselves for a free private pool party until 10PM.
 
We love it when the church is able to come together to celebrate!
 
Although the deadline to be baptized at Burdette has passed, you can still be baptized in the Worship Services later this fall. You can start the online class HERE to be ready.
 
Make plans now to come to Burdette Park on July 28, to the 50th Anniversary Celebration on August 4, and to one of our 4 worship services this Sunday. We can’t wait to see you!
