Please have a discussion with Sean Radke, Missions Team Leader, prior to applying to lead a trip. If you have never led a short-term team for CFC, please fill out this form. If you have led one, you may fill out the Reactivation Form HERE.

FINANCES:
Please carefully read YOUR FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
  • You are responsible for raising funds well in advance of the trip in order to purchase plane tickets, etc. Although we raise funds as a team, you are expected to actively raise support from your family and friends. If your funding is insufficient, and the team has also not met its goal, the remaining amount is your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for the cost of your passport, immunizations, and some other items during travel, as well as personal items needed for the trip.

If selected to be a part of a CFC Short-Term Team, I make a commitment to: •go through the training process before and after the trip. •conduct myself in a manner worthy of the Lord while serving Him on this project. •submit to the authority of the team leader(s), on-field host(s), and CFC leadership. •refrain from any behavior that may compromise my witness for Christ such as inappropriate language or clothing, alcohol/drug use, etc.

I agree to pay all remaining balances on my account PRIOR to departure of the trip. Additionally, if I remove myself or am removed from the team prior to departure, I agree to pay all remaining balances in my account for the incurred expenses including airline tickets purchased in my name. Also, if at any time while on the trip my behavior constitutes a problem, the team leader has the authority to ask me to return home. Any additional costs incurred as a result of this action will be at my own expense.
