The Cosmic Significance of Jesus the Christ

Though He left the majesty of heaven, Jesus never attempted to advance a personally painless agenda, but He gave of Himself for our benefit. The humiliation of the cross led to the exaltation of the resurrection. If the magnificent Jesus can humble Himself so much for our sake, what excuse can we reasonably provide to do otherwise?
