CFC Kids'
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week, averaged over the year, with the schedule determined in coordination with the Children’s Ministry Director. The schedule includes Sunday mornings, monthly Tuesday morning staff meetings, and Wednesday afternoon team meetings.

This role helps ensure the ministry operates smoothly and effectively while providing excellent support to children, families, volunteers, and staff.
Primary Functions
Support for CFC Kids Team as directed - this may include:
- Compiling attendance reports.
- Coordinating with purchasing/receiving for the distribution of supplies and curriculum.
- Stocking classroom cabinets and bins with the proper supplies.
- Organizing and replenishing resource room cabinets and supply closets as necessary.
- Quarterly checking of Emergency Backpacks.
- Planning for supplies needed for upcoming weekend activities and securing any needed materials.
- Preparing rooms for weekend classes. Supplies organized and put out.
- Returning materials to storage after weekend classes.
- Setting up tables, chairs and other materials.
- Assembling projects like volunteer appreciation gifts.
- Maintaining lists of what we have available and where they are located.
- Assisting in classrooms on Sunday mornings when needed.
- Assembling birthday bags.
- Assisting CFC Kids Communications.
- Assisting CFC Kids Greeters with Check-in on Sunday mornings.
Secondary Functions
- Participate and assist with special events (Ex. volunteer meetings, VBS, and Fall Blast).
- Assisting with social media.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Slides.
- Ability to learn basic computer applications specific to the ministry.
- Be a Christian pursuing a growing relationship with Jesus, which includes consistent prayer, Bible reading, and connections with other Christian peers.
- Consider this your church home and consistently attend worship services.
- Successfully complete the ministry application and background check form.
- Complete membership course in the next 12 months, if not completed previously.
