College-Age | Journey. Formation. Movement.
- We are trying to help college-age young adults own their own faith and make the transition from student life to adult life.
All of our discussions are built around 3 principal frameworks: journey, formation, & movement (jofomo, for short). These frameworks help us stay focused on the things that matter most.
>> journey: you need to own your own journey of faith
>> formation: you need to be able to discern next steps in your journey of faith
>> movement: you need to join a movement of like-minded people pursuing a life that desires to obey the great commandment and carry out the great commission - We have three weekly gatherings:
>> Sunday mornings we gather at 9:15 AM in Room 408. Join us for donuts and a discussion about what it means to follow Jesus in the college stage of life.
>> Tuesday night is Bible party. Come to the Schuler’s (2804 Marion Ave.) at 9:00 PM with the Scripture. We’ll spend time with each other and time in the Word.
>> Thursday night is game night at the May’s (328 Key West Dr.). Bring friends and take a break from the week. 7:30-11:30 PM. - To stay up-to-date on other activities and events we’re planning: join us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and read our blog.
